This is the perfect full or part time position especially for someone with existing auto dealer relationships. We are open to the idea of remote candidates. You get to work from the comfort of your home!

What You Will Be Doing:
Developing and maintaining new customers by prospecting and securing new accounts
Prospecting, negotiating, and closing new business deals
Identify new business, primarily through outbound telephone communication
Determine customer needs, educate them on their options and introduce them to the right product
Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Acquiring product line knowledge on all our product offerings and educating clients on such products
Provide excellent customer service
Continuously review and identify opportunities for improvement

What You Should Already Have:
1-3 years (or more) of B2B sales experience
Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment an asset
Prior call centre experience a plus, but not required
Resulted-oriented
Be Able to Work independently
A diploma or degree and/or a combination of relevant experience

A Big Plus That will Put You In The Front Of The Line:
Existing relationships and experience working with Auto Dealers and Auto Dealer Groups in Canada, new or used.
Sub-prime auto experience

This is a commission based opportunity with easily attainable goals and you will be working remotely.

The Inside Sales Customer Service position will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, qualifying and processing applications. You will likely be the first point of contact for our company therefore you must be likeable and knowledgeable on the phone.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of call centre experience or equivalent

What You Will Be Doing:
Be knowledgeable on the loan application process and features
Handle call volume both outbound and inbound
Communicate to customers by phone and email
Data entry - gather appropriate information from customers
Answer questions and follow-ups from customers

What You Should Already Have:
1+ years of previous sales experience
Past credit, banking or auto financing experience (A Big Plus if you have this)
Call centre experience
Fluent in English
Access to a computer
Excel or equivalent
Great communication skills
Self motivated
Works well independently
A self-starter, energetic, proactive person
A personable, friendly individual
Computer literate

The Account Manager position will be responsible for managing every aspect of our auto dealer accounts. You will be the day to day contact for our customers therefore you must be likeable and knowledgeable on our products and the customers you manage.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of account management experience.

What You Will Be Doing:
Communicate to customers by phone and email
Meet and exceed monthly quotas
Handle and solve customer service issues quickly and efficiently
Day to day point of contact for dealers
Renewals (performance/bonus is tied into this)
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Educate dealers on our products and services

What You Should Already Have:
3+ years of previous sales, retail or account management experience
Past experience working within the automotive vertical

As a Digital Marketering Specialists you will "own" your format and funnerl (ppc, social, seo, content, programmatic, exchanges, landing pages etc....). Your number one focus will be to drive traffic, generate leads and grow revenue through effective funnel management.

What We Are Looking For:
A Top notch demand-gen marketer.
You'll have a minimum of 5 years' experience leading, optimizing, and analyzing B2B lead generation programs and digital marketing.
You have a good understanding of demand and lead generation, email marketing, the end-to-end marketing funnel and analytics.
Extensive experience with search engine marketing (SEO and ppc), display advertising, remarketing and conversion rate optimization.
You love data and you know how to use it from a marketing perspective.
You love to test and try to create the perfect campaign............if you dont know what A/B testing is then do not apply.
You can't live without email marketing and marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, Inspectlet, Crazy Egg, UserTesting.com, Optimizely, and Qualaroo.
You have experience managing search, advertising, creative, and CRO marketing agencies.

Although not required you can get to the front of the line if you have experience within the auto and/or finance vertical
